How Data Flows
- Capture: Contributors record real-world tasks with XPhi Capture devices, such as the spatial camera rig, wrist camera + IMU and tactile gloves. They do this only after giving informed consent.
- Upload: Recordings are encrypted in transit and at rest, and are stored on our cloud infrastructure.
- De-identification: Faces, screens, documents and other identifying details are blurred or removed before data is used for annotation or delivery.
- QC & annotation: Authorised, trained personnel review and label data under confidentiality obligations in access-controlled environments.
- Delivery: Finished datasets are delivered securely to the customer. Data collected for a customer is used only for that customer’s purposes.
